A New Era for the CPO
Learn how CPOs are shifting their focus from a tactical way of conducting business to a more strategic one.
What the webinar covers:
In the current business environment, that perhaps is best described as unprecedented, executives are rethinking their purpose, and this includes Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs). The traditional to-do list of ensuring supply chain continuity and driving competitive advantage is shifting towards a digital era that emphasizes the expansion of Procurement’s scope and influence, a focus on broad-scale enterprise success, and the enablement of sustainable business agility.
That’s not to say that there’s been a complete changing of the guards. The future agenda of the CPO includes and supports the traditional, tactical objectives, but with a greater focus on strategic enterprise improvement.
Watch this webinar now to find out how CPOs are navigating this transition.
